Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Bledsoe serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Central Florida Cares Health System, Inc., a non-profit, managing entity contracted by the Department of Children and Families to oversee state-funded mental health and substance abuse treatment services in Circuits 9 and 18. With over 20 years of experience in the criminal justice and social services system, Ms. Bledsoe has extensive knowledge in contract and grants management, training, ongoing quality assurance, and government relations while working with various government and non-profit agencies. She has overseen critical developments such as organizational and program startup, project management, lead evaluator, strategic and community capacity building group facilitation, mentoring grassroots and neighborhood coalitions and agencies.
Ms. Bledsoe holds a Masters Degree in criminal justice from the University of Central Florida.
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Schwab serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Central Florida Cares Health System (CFCHS). Ms. Schwab has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Services Administration and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Ms. Schwab began working at CFCHS in 2013 and brings over 14 years of experience in organizational operations including developing and managing operational budget, managing day-to-day operations, human resources oversight as well as budgeting, negotiating, preparing, and executing contracts. As a member of CFCHS, Ms. Schwab has held roles as a Contract Manager and Director of Contracts, in which her responsibilities included managing contracts. As COO, Ms. Schwab’s primary responsibilities include board and administrative support, managing and ensuring compliance with all aspects of CFCHS’ contract with the Department of Children and Families, business development, overseeing agency operational policies, rules, initiatives and goals, community engagement, fostering positive Provider relationships, day-to-day leadership and management guidance.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Nye serves as the Chief Financial Officer with Central Florida Cares Health System (CFCHS). Mr. Nye is a passionate leader with 20 years of senior financial leadership in healthcare and has helped organizations with developing efficiencies and enhancing customer satisfaction. Mr. Nye brings to CFCHS, strategic and operational experiences from Fortune 500, private equity, and small businesses. Dan holds an MBA from the University of Akron.
Chief Integration Officer
Ms. Muñoz serves as the Chief Integration Officer with Central Florida Cares Health System (CFCHS). She has worked in the social services and behavioral health field since 2001. A Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Ms. Muñoz received her Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. Her experience covers direct care and administrative roles in government and non-profit settings in clinical practice, performance improvement, contract management, implementation of programs and integration of social service systems. Ms. Muñoz is currently responsible for oversight of CFCHS’ behavioral health system of care to include identification of service needs, integration planning, resource development, access and coordination of services, and service delivery.
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Lupton serves as the Chief Information Officer for Central Florida Cares Health System. Prior to joining CFCHS, Mr. Lupton was the Data Supervisor at Human Services Associates, Inc. During his time at HSA, Mr. Lupton was responsible for the development and maintenance of the data collection and reporting system used internally as well as the production of reports to drive agency decision making. Mr. Lupton’s primary focus with data is the promotion of data integrity and the collection of quality, actionable data. Mr. Lupton has a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Central Florida with a minor in Computer Information Technology. He has lived in the Central Florida area for the last 20 years.
